It shows up prepared.

Ask a good human interpreter to come and they will ask you for the notes first. They want to know the topic, the names, the passage you are preaching from. Context Enhancer is that same conversation, and it takes about a minute.

A prepared interpreter and an unprepared one are not the same person.

Hand somebody your sermon outline the night before and they arrive knowing the passage, the names, the story you are going to tell about your grandfather. Hand them nothing and they are meeting all of it for the first time, in front of a room, with no chance to ask.

Everything is a surprise.

The first time your speaker says the name of your building, or your youth group, or the village they grew up in, it has to make a decision on the spot with nothing to go on. Sometimes it lands. Sometimes it does not, and the person it matters to is sitting in row three.

It already knows what today is about.

The topic, the passage, the people you are going to name, the phrase your church says every week. All of it is familiar before you open your mouth, so the first time it hears a word it is not the first time it has seen it.

Whatever you already have is enough.

You do not need to write anything new. You do not need a script. If your outline is four bullet points on your phone, paste the four bullet points.

Paste it in, and you are done. Nothing gets shown to anybody. It is there so the translation knows where today is going.

What it changes, in the room.

The difference is not abstract. It is specific words, at specific moments, that would otherwise have gone strange.

Three steps, once, the day before.

Saturday for a Sunday service. Not the week before, because the notes are cleared after a day and a half, and not so late that you are doing it while people find their seats.

Open the room

The same room you were going to open anyway. The Context Enhancer box is on its Smart Translation page.

Paste what you have

Outline, slides, manuscript, order of service. Rough is fine. Half of it is fine. It is not marked. Save it.

Start talking

That is it. Nothing to confirm, nothing to check, nothing that needs a person watching a screen during the service.

Forgot to do it? The session still runs, and it still translates. Preparing makes a good thing better. It is not a thing you can fail.

Context Enhancer tells it what today is about. These handle the rest.

Keywords

Notes set the scene. Keywords are the words that must never move at all: names, places, the vocabulary that belongs to you.

Questions people ask

Do I have to stick to what I wrote?

Not at all. Go off script, take a question, tell the story you did not plan to tell. The notes are a head start, not a rail. Everything you say still gets translated, prepared for or not.

When should I paste the notes in?

The day before, and not earlier. The notes are cleared a day and a half after you save them, so a text loaded on Monday is gone by Sunday and nobody notices. Saturday evening for a Sunday morning is right.

What happens to my notes afterwards?

They belong to that room and they are not shown to anybody, not to your guests and not on the big screen. They clear themselves after a day and a half.

Is this only for churches?

No. A conference talk, a lecture, a company meeting, a wedding order of service. Anything with names and a subject benefits, which is nearly everything.

How long does it take?

About a minute, if you already have the outline written somewhere. Copy, paste, save. If you have nothing written, skip it and run the session anyway.

Does it cost extra?

No. Context Enhancer is included, the same as everything else. There is no way of paying that gets you a worse translation.

Bring your notes to the first one.

Open a room, paste your outline, share one code, and see what your guests hear.
