You do not need a demo to start. Sign up with Google or email, verify your email, enter your church details, and once we approve your church you get two welcome passes and a room that is already waiting. Here are the steps.
Many churches ask us for a demo before they start. You are always welcome to book one, but you do not need it. MulingStream is built so a church can set itself up in about two minutes and be ready for Sunday. Here is everything you need to do.
Create your account here: https://mulingai.com/en/account/signup?product=mulingstream-church&site=mulingstream
You can sign up with your Google account, or with an email address and a password. Either way works the same. After signing up you land in your MulingStream Church dashboard: this is where your church lives, with your room, your passes and your settings.
If you signed up with Google, there is nothing to do here: your email is already verified.
If you signed up with an email and a password, we send you a verification email. Open it and click the link.
Fill in your church information in the dashboard. This is how we know a real church is behind the account.
This step is ours, not yours. We approve your church as soon as possible, and when we do, two welcome passes are added to your account, so your first two services are free. You get an email from us when it is done.
A pass only counts once your listeners have heard ten minutes of translation in total. A short test below that leaves the pass on your account.
MulingStream Church is only for churches. It is designed and priced to be affordable for churches, so we do not let anyone else use it. Businesses and other organisations have their own pricing.
Your church details also keep things tidy for you. They stop the church plan from being misused, and they make sure your church has one account. When two ministries or departments of the same church sign up separately, we can see it and bring them together, instead of your church ending up with two accounts, two rooms and passes split between them.
Your room is already there. You do not have to create or build anything. Open it, choose the languages your listeners need, press record and speak.
Every room has its own link and QR code. Put the QR code on the screen or on a printed card, or send the link in your church chat. Nobody needs to install an app.
Your listeners scan the code or open the link on their own phone, choose their language, and follow the service as captions or as audio.
That is all. No meeting, no installation, no equipment to buy. If you want to bring in the sound from your sound desk or a tablet, our set-up guide walks you through it.
Before Sunday, run a short test of your own. How you test matters more than you might think, so we wrote a separate article about it: why live translation can feel slower at first, and how to test it.
The short version: speak continuously for a few minutes, use a real text close to what you will preach, and ask a bilingual friend to listen or read the captions while you speak.
That is fine too. But most churches find that the fastest way to see MulingStream is simply to sign up and try it in their own room, with their own words.
Sign up as a church, and once we approve you, your first two services are free.
